What exactly is an AI Concierge?
A monthly partnership. You get two 45-minute working sessions a month, a direct line for questions between sessions, and a shared hub where every session and everything we build is logged. We build the AI with you. The point is to take the manual work that eats your week and turn it into something that runs on its own, with you understanding every step.
How is this different from a course or an agency?
A course makes you do all the work alone, and you never have the time. An agency builds in a black box and hands you something you cannot maintain. The concierge sits in the middle. We do the work together, so you own the result and can change it later.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You share your screen and we go through it click by click. The whole point is that a non-technical owner ends up with working AI and the confidence to run it.
Will this actually work for my kind of business?
Almost certainly. The specific tasks change from one business to the next, but the pattern does not: every owner has manual work eating the week, and most of it can be cleaned up and handed to AI. We start from your actual processes, not a template, so what we build fits how you really operate. And if your situation turns out to be a genuinely bad fit, we will say so early instead of starting.
Which AI tools will I be using?
Claude is the recommendation. If you already prefer another tool and you actually use it, we work there instead. The tool is the smaller choice. What we are really doing is taking a process you do by hand, fixing it, and only then handing it to AI.
Is my business data safe once we connect these tools?
Yes, and we treat it that way from the start. On the first session we run a light security pass on everything we connect, so no tool gets more access than it needs and sensitive information stays out of places it should not be. You stay in control of what is connected and can pull access anytime. Nothing is set up so that only one of us can see or touch it.
How much of my time does this take?
About 90 minutes of live sessions a month, plus whatever small homework you choose to do between sessions. It's built for owners who are already stretched thin.
What do we work on first?
Whatever is costing you the most. The intake surfaces the one process you would most love to never do again, and that is usually exactly where we start.
What if I get stuck between sessions?
Send a message any weekday. You will get a real answer back, usually the same day, so a small snag never costs you two weeks of momentum.
How do we know it's working?
The hub keeps a running tally of every process we automate and every hour we hand back. Progress is visible session by session, not a vague promise at renewal time.
What if I don't need the concierge anymore?
That is the best possible ending. If your day to day runs so smoothly that a standing retainer stops earning its place, we did the job right. You keep everything we built and it keeps running. When something new comes up later (a new tool, a new bottleneck, a new hire to train up), reach out and we pick it back up. No lock-in, and the door stays open.
